I recently made sure: when time is sh*i*t like now in my country, the best way to get yourself back on track is to start doing habitual things (or stick to your habitual rituals) as much & often as possible. 

For me these things and rituals that give me peace in mind, calm me down and make believe that everything sooner or later MUST be okay are morning coffee, walks with my kid, jazz music (Billie Holiday's voice is magic!) and work-outs.

And so, I have prepared several trackers to make myself back to regular workouts and meditations.
