It's a very personal artwork.
I created it when I gave birth to my sweetest little son. I was and still am fascinated with his tiny hands, lovely teeny face, weeny feet - I love everything about him. As he is growing, he surprises me more and more. Despite he can be capricious and drive me mad sometimes (as all kids do!) I am in love with his bright mind and beautiful soul.
And I believe that any woman who has kids is a bit of a goddess. She made a miracle - gave new life. Being (working) a "goddess" for your baby is hard and tiring, sometimes unbearably, but I am not sure that anything else can be compared with tender little arms of your Miracle gently hugging you and smiling every time...
The artwork is displayed (or was displayed if you're reading this post after May 2020) in the Artists National Association Gallery in Kiev, Ukraine.
